From blow dryers to curling irons to flat irons, we can put a lot of damage on our hair. That's where a heat protector plays a major role in haircare! If you've been wondering if a heat protector was worth the money, or just a hoax, it is definitely worth the money. Especially if you use a heat tool every day, your hair would become extremely dry and damaged, breaking easier if you did not use a heat protector. A good heat spray doesn't have to break the bank, either! A good drugstore heat spray is the TRESemme Professionals Heat Tamer Spray, which can be found in drugstores for around $3-$6 depending on your area. A "higher end" heat protector spray is the CHI 44 Iron Guard, which can be purchased in ULTA stores for a $5 travel-bottle or around $15(prices vary). Having tried both, and loved both, I can say TRESemme has created a good dupe for the CHI heat protectant, for a lot less $$$. A heat protector spray is definitely a gold product.
